Vertical air flow pattern equipped with Minipleat HEPA Filters and Touch Screen LCD Controller within built Data Logger and data transfer facility.
Features
- Designed so as to meet the requirements of US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295) providing particle free air to meet class 100 conditions.
- Cabinet is fabricated of CRC sheet duly powder coated OR stainless steel (SS-304grade) (as ordered).
- Working table is made of Stainless Steel Sheet (SS-304 grade).
- Front door is made out of thick transparent plexi glass.
- Air drawn through pre-filter is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters having efficiency rating.
- Heavy Duty Motor operates with minimum noise level.
- Using a dynamic machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically & dynamically balanced.
- Working area is illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit.
- Supplied complete with S.S. Table Top, Transparent front door, Built in U.V. Germicidal light and Cock for gas, air or vacuum line, HEPA filters and pre-filter.
- Air drawn through pre-filter is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters. The prefilter fitted extends the life of HEPA filter drastically. Fitted with HEPA Filter made from water resistant, fire retardant, imported micro fine glass fibre media; conforms to EU - 14 Grade, with an efficiency rating better than 99.999% for 0.3 μ. These filters are designed to accommodate higher airflow volume.
- Prefilter are made from Non-Woven Synthetic with HDPE mesh and Al expanded mesh on air leaving side; conforms to EU-4/G-4 Grade, with efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron. These filters can be cleaned by compressed air & also washable.
- Mounted on heavy tubular stand with levelers.
- With Solid Side Walls and transparent front door.
- To work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply.
