features

  • Convenient and effective system designed to produce large batches of uniform tuberculosis culture medium four to six times per day.
  • Vessels containing culture medium are incubated on a shallow tray which is in contact with water held at a constant temperature of 85°C within a tank, so ensuring that the temperature of the vessels is constant.
  • Inspissation takes 50 minutes at 85°C.
  • Vessels containing culture medium are placed in a shallow tray which itself rests inside a tank containing water.
  • The whole under surface of the tray is in contact with water at a constant temperature, fitted with a circulator pump, ensuring the temperature of the vessels is also constant.
  • The surface of the tray is a series of sloping steps, and will hold tubes as per capacity ordered.
  • The tray and seamless tank are made of polished stainless steel (SS-304 grade).
  • Outer body made of stainless steel (SS-304 grade).
  • Gap between inner & Outer chamber is filled with high grade resin bonded glass wool insulation for minimum thermal loss.
  • Automatic microprocessor chip based PID Digital Temperature controller with LED display with AUTO TIME CONTROLLED feature for cut-off once the set count down time is over.
  • Buzzer for end of cycle user alert.
  • Temperature range from ambient +5°C to 85°C.
  • Temperature control accuracy ±0.3°C (for Stirred units) at 37°C and ±0.5°C (for unstirred baths).
  • A constant level device is fitted to maintain the water level despite evaporation losses.
