APPLICATIONS
  • “MAC” Micro Controller Based Plasma Freezers are designed for quick freezing storing of plasma and related blood components at desired temperature as low as -35°C. The system includes controller with digital temperature display, temperature circular chart recorder, ON/OFF switch, temperature alarm system with adjustable high/low alarm limits, and visual alarm on temperature deviation. These Plasma Freezers are specially designed for blood banks and research laboratories
CONSTRUCTIONAL AND SALIENT FEATURES
  • Inner chamber made of stainless steel (SS-304) and outer chamber made of mild steel duly powder coated.
  • Foamed in place CFC Free PUF insulation ensure temperature stability and reduced energy temperature.
  • Keyed door lock for improved security with magnetic door gasket.
  • Stainless Steel plasma basket.
  • The cooling is effected by hermetically sealed CFC FREE ECO FRIENDLY COMPRESSOR.
  • Precise control of temperature by using micro controller based temperature controller
  • Audio visual alarm if the temperature deviates from the pre set temperature.
  • Caster wheels for ease of mobility.
